Sunday Morning Bible Study
We have a class for every person at every age. Sunday morning Bible study gives guests
and members a place to get to know one another in a small group setting. It is one of the best
places to develop a sense of connectedness and belonging.
Sunday morning Bible classes are designed for the comfort of guests. Topics of study are
open, so guests will not be “behind” when they enter a study. Every lesson stands alone
even though it is part of a larger series of lessons.
Our teachers are sensitive to our guests and new members. No one will be put on the spot or
asked to pray until we get to know each person's level of comfort in such participation.
Our classes use curriculum that is appropriate and relevant for various ages and stages in life
and that reflect what we believe. Most of the Sunday morning Bible teaching material comes
from LifeWay, the publishing arm of the Southern Baptist Convention.
Children’s Classes:
Nursery (Infants – 2 yrs.) Room 220 Education Building
Younger Preschool (2-3 yrs.) Room 221 Education Building
Preschool (4-5) Room 222 Education Building
Grade K-1 (currently in those grades in school) Children’s Area, Gr. 1 Room
Grade 2-3 (currently in those grades at school) Children’s Area, Gr. 2-3 Room
Grade 4-5 (currently in those grades at school) Children’s Area, Gr. 4-5 Room
Grade 6 (currently in grade 6 at school) Children's Area
Middle & Sr. High Department:
All students in grades 7-12 meet in room 300 of the Education Building
Nehemiah Class:
Young married and singles who are “twenty-something” meet in a classroom off of fellowship
hall.
Lighthouse Class:
Younger middle-aged adults, singles and couples with children still at home meet in room
310 of the Education Building.
Glory Builders:
"Empty-nesters" or singles of older middle age meet in room 107
Crusaders, Adult 3 and 4 and King’s Daughters are classes available to our senior adults.
Ask greeters for assistance in determine which class is right for you. They will help you
locate the class.
